Presenting our Company

The company H. Richter Vorrichtungsbau was founded by Mr. Harry Richter, a master craftsman toolmaker, in 1980. In the beginning, the company was involved in the manufacture of measuring equipment and jigs and fixtures for the aviation industry.

In the course of time, more and more emphasis was placed on our own construction, so that more customer-specific work could be carried out. Richter GmbH has had its own in-house CAD construction department since 1989.

The Steady Rest production line has been growing since about 1990. Richter Steady Rests have been supplied to many satisfied customers throughout Europe.
